Per SSG requirements (since 1 Oct 2023), attendance-taking for funded courses is digital via the Singpass App for physical and synchronous e-learning sessions.
Trainees must pass all prescribed assessments to receive SSG funding and the SOA. NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back funding if eligibility or completion conditions are not met.
AP funding may be claimable at $4.50/hr for eligible Singapore employers (subject to caps and exclusions such as PCP). Employers should verify AP eligibility with NTUC/SSG.
