Mastering Digital Commerce with Service Aggregator (24 hours) is a hands-on programme co-developed by Synagie and NTUC LearningHub to train professionals on multi-platform commerce operations. Per SSG requirements (since 1 Oct 2023), attendance-taking for funded courses is digital via the Singpass App for all physical and synchronous e-learning sessions.
Trainees must pass all prescribed assessments to receive SSG funding and the SOA. NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back funding if eligibility or completion conditions are not met.
