Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the Finance department
  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions (GL, AP, AR etc), cashflows management and statutory submissions/ reporting
  • Produce management reports and performance analyses accurately and on a timely basis
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, secretarial agent and banks to meet statutory and corporate needs
  • Execute and drive continuous improvements in financial policies and procedures


  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience in Quickbook or any related system is a plus
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
