Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Finance department
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting and transaction processing functions (GL, AP, AR etc), cashflows management and statutory submissions/ reporting
- Produce management reports and performance analyses accurately and on a timely basis
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, secretarial agent and banks to meet statutory and corporate needs
- Execute and drive continuous improvements in financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in Quickbook or any related system is a plus
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Detail-oriented and analytical
