DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Campaign Manager, you will be leading the entire value chain through key milestones during tentpole commercial activities. You will take ownership of the activity calendar, working with all the business units in ensuring the smooth and timely execution of all relevant activities. You must possess business understanding to create highly detailed guides and post-mortem reviews to promote continuous process improvements. A strong working relationship with the internal teams is also expected to ensure alignment of understanding of objectives. In detail:

  • Closely work with the commercial and channels team in building and updating the commercial calendar
  • Proactively lead the creation of the activity calendar, looking after all the cross-functional activities leading to the buildup of the commercial activity
  • Meticulously work with the business development teams in target setting activities to ensure proper cascade of projections across the support functions
  • Effectively build checklists, templates, flowcharts, and workflows to ensure the most efficient path to landing activities to support the major business initiatives
  • Efficiently conduct post-mortem assessments to identify best practices and areas for improvement across teams
  • Establish strong work relationship with business units and constructively recommend the most strategic course of action to improve business processes aligned with the objectives of the role
  • Continuously provide input in the ongoing development of requirements in the value chain and support process build for new templates and processes linked to the commercial activities
  • Successfully liaise with the CPO and other relevant internal stakeholders in ensuring business knowledge is relevant and up to date
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated ability to effectively and aggressively manage multiple stakeholders with varying business needs. The candidate will establish a high degree of ownership and initiative, coupled with a consistent, detail-oriented focus as controller of the activity calendar. The candidate should be obsessed with compliance and efficiency, with an incessant attention to the growing business requirements. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong history of managing projects to tight timelines, balancing multiple priorities, effectively working across internal stakeholders, and demonstrating effective communication skills appropriate to the audience. Other qualifications include the following:

  • Must possess minimum of 3 years combined experience in business, client, vendor, account, or project management
  • Experience in multinational businesses in the APAC region is preferred
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of study. Business, commerce, and finance-related studies are a plus but not required
  • Passionate about business control, process excellence, and the ecommerce industry
