Customer Business Development – Heart of Synagie
As part of Customer Business Development team for Omni Channel, you are expected to plan, operate and synergize both online and offline channels in order to deliver sales target, optimize profitability, and continuously develop our omni-channel capabilities. Equipped with openness to learn, enthusiasm and tenacity, you will be primarily responsible to:
A. Develop and build Omni Channel Experience
- Understand and leverage touchpoints for business development across Omni channel which consists of Online/e-Com : Lazada, Shopee, Zalora , Offline : retailers like Watsons, supermarkets, baby fairs and pop up stores etc
- Develop, align with principle and implement channel portfolio strategies, go-to-channel routes and promotional plans to achieve mutually agreed business goals
- Constantly learning about omni channel to enhance experience for customers to their consumers
B. Key account management for online & offline Channel
- Conduct regular meetings and quarterly business review with customer(s) and channels to ensure business progress and alignment towards agreed goals
- Custodian of trade investments and promotional claims to enable business development
- To conduct advance planning and gain alignment on business activities with customers and channels
- To execute and review agreed plans on channels’ seller centers (online) and offline retailers with entrepreneurship mentality to drive business targets
- To manage all channels’ seller centers from trade activities to ensuring strong seller’s store ratings
- To conduct post activity / promotion analysis so as to improve and enhance forward plans
- Pitch and negotiate with channels’ category manager to maximize brand’s exposure and visibility
C. Business Custodian for Synagie
- Understand assigned customer(s) P&L and identify areas for growth / improvements
- Negotiate trade terms and margins with customer to achieve win-win scenario
- Prepare analysis and presentations in preparation for any trade / channel negotiations
- Business Expansion Support
- Identify potential customers’ leads based on the unique enabler provided by Synagie Omni Channel team
- To prepare for pitches and develop new businesses
- To constantly innovate for solutions to enhance our Omni Channel offerings and attract new customers
Synagie believes you will be an awesome fit for this role if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline of study
- Experience in online e-commerce or/& offline key account or distributor management/ Enthusiastic to learn and be involved in the Omni-channel retail revolution. (> 5years)
- Possesses entrepreneurial spirit, strong commercial acumen and get things done attitude.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work in a fast paced but nurturing environment.
